You have not accessed more than 30% of the course content
You have a valid reason for dissatisfaction
The course has not been completed or certified

Standard Courses: 30-day refund window

Certification Programs: 14-day refund window

Bulk Purchases: 7-day refund window

How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Select the course and click "Request Refund"

Step 3: Provide reason for refund and submit

Step 4: Our team will review within 2-3 business days

Refund Processing

Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
PayPal refunds: 2-5 business days
Bank transfers: 7-15 business days

Non-Refundable Items

Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
Courses where the user has accessed more than 30% of content
Completed and certified courses
Downloadable resources or eBooks purchased separately
Gift cards or promotional credits
